1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Your Free SOL ("we," "our," "us," or the "Service"). By accessing or using yourfreesol.com (the "Website") and our services, you ("you," "your," or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Your Free SOL is a web-based tool that enables Solana blockchain users to recover locked rent deposits by:

Closing empty SPL token accounts (Clean up Empty Token Accounts)
Burning low-value or worthless tokens (Burn Low-value Tokens)

Users may also participate in our optional referral and invitation program.

The Service is non-custodial: We never hold, control, advance, or have access to your funds or private keys at any stage. All transactions — including platform fees and referral commissions — are settled instantly and directly on the Solana blockchain.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
Own or have authorized access to a Solana-compatible wallet
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Wallet Connection and Authorization

4.1 Wallet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet
You are responsible for all activities that occur through your wallet connection
We are not responsible for any loss or compromise of your wallet credentials

4.2 Read-Only Access

Our Service requests read-only access to scan your wallet for empty accounts and low-value tokens
We never request or have access to your private keys or seed phrase
All transactions require your explicit approval in your wallet application

4.3 Supported Wallets

We support major Solana wallets including Phantom, Okx, Solflare, Backpack, and others. We are not responsible for wallet provider functionality or security.

5. Service Fees

5.1 Fee Structure

Our Service charges a platform service fee on each rent reclaim transaction. The fee rate ranges from 2% to 12%, determined by your account tier.

Standard Solana network fees (approximately 0.000005 SOL per transaction) apply separately.

5.2 How Fees Are Used

Platform service fees are applied toward:

Infrastructure & Security: Maintaining platform servers, website operations, and RPC node access to ensure a stable and secure service
Referral Rewards Program: Funding on-chain commission payouts to eligible referrers
User Experience Improvement: Ongoing optimization of platform features, performance, and reliability

5.3 Your Applicable Fee Rate

Your exact fee rate is determined by your account tier. You can view your current tier and applicable rate in your Profile / Dashboard after logging in.

5.4 Fee Settlement

All fees are settled instantly and automatically on-chain at the moment you execute a transaction. In a single Solana transaction, the following are distributed simultaneously:

Your recovered rent (net of fees)
Platform service fee
Referral commission (if applicable)

We do not hold, advance, or manually process any funds at any point.

5.5 Fee Disclosure

Your applicable fee rate is clearly disclosed before you approve any transaction
Fees are non-refundable once transactions are confirmed on-chain

5.6 Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice
Continued use of the Service after fee changes constitutes acceptance
Fee changes do not apply retroactively to completed transactions

6. Referral and Invitation Program

6.1 Program Overview

We operate an optional referral program that allows users to invite others to join the Service. When an invited user executes a rent reclaim transaction, the referrer receives a commission that is distributed automatically and instantly on-chain as part of the same transaction.

6.2 Invitation Codes

Eligible users may receive a unique invitation code to share with others
Invitation codes must be entered at the time of registration and cannot be applied retroactively
Once a referral relationship is established, it is binding and cannot be changed

6.3 Commission Settlement

All referral commissions are settled instantly on-chain at the time of the referred user's transaction
There are no pending, deferred, or manually processed commissions
We do not hold, advance, or guarantee any commission amounts
Commission rates are subject to change with reasonable notice

6.4 Prohibited Referral Activity

You agree NOT to:

Create multiple accounts to abuse the referral or invitation system
Use fake, purchased, or fraudulently obtained invitation codes
Engage in any coordinated or artificial activity designed to inflate referral rewards
Circumvent or manipulate the referral binding mechanism

6.5 Consequences of Referral Abuse

If we determine that you have engaged in referral abuse or fraud, we may take any or all of the following actions:

Suspend or permanently ban your access to the Service
Deactivate your invitation code, preventing it from being used by others
Dissolve referral bindings established through fraudulent activity, removing associated referral relationships

Because all commissions are settled instantly on-chain, we are technically unable to reverse or claw back on-chain transactions that have already been confirmed. However, future access and referral privileges will be revoked immediately upon detection of abuse.

7. User Responsibilities

7.1 Accurate Information

You agree to:

Verify all transaction details before approval
Ensure your wallet has sufficient SOL balance to cover network fees
Carefully review which accounts and tokens you select for closing or burning
Understand that burning tokens is permanent and cannot be undone
Understand that closing token accounts is irreversible once confirmed on-chain

7.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to circumvent or manipulate the Service or its fee structure
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Use the Service to launder money or engage in fraudulent activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data

7.3 Blockchain Understanding

You acknowledge that:

Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
You understand the Solana rent mechanism and the implications of closing token accounts
You understand that burning tokens permanently destroys them
You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions when using the Service

8. Service Availability and Modifications

8.1 Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
Solana blockchain congestion may affect transaction processing times

8.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, change features or functionality, and update these Terms as necessary.

8.3 No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee specific recovery amounts
Actual recovered amounts depend on blockchain state and the accounts/tokens selected
Transaction success depends on network conditions and sufficient wallet balance

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 "AS IS" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

9.2 No Financial Advice

We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
The Service is a tool only — you make all decisions independently
Consult appropriate professionals for financial or legal advice

9.3 Blockchain Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

Irreversibility: All blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed
Token Destruction: Burning tokens permanently destroys them with no possibility of recovery
Network Risks: Solana network congestion or outages may affect transactions
Wallet Risks: Wallet provider issues or security compromises
Technical Risks: RPC node failures or connectivity issues

9.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, TOKENS, DATA, OR USE
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER
THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES

9.5 No Liability for User Actions

We are not liable for:

Losses resulting from your decisions, including selection of accounts or tokens to close or burn
Wallet compromises or security breaches
Third-party wallet or RPC provider failures
Blockchain network failures or congestion
Loss of private keys or wallet access

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Free SOL, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or any transactions you conduct through the Service.

11. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party wallet providers, RPC node providers, and blockchain explorers. Each operates independently under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the services, security, availability, or practices of any third-party services.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including website design, software, code, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and content — are owned by or licensed to Your Free SOL. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Service.

13. Privacy and Data

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to data collection and use as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Termination

14.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your wallet. You may request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity (including referral abuse), or for any reason at our sole discretion.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases and your invitation code will be deactivated. Completed on-chain transactions are permanent and remain on the blockchain. Because commissions are settled instantly on-chain, there are no pending commissions to process or withhold upon termination.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution.

15.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.3 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

15.4 Exceptions

Small claims matters, requests for injunctive or equitable relief, and intellectual property disputes may be brought in court.

16. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Your Free SOL.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network or infrastructure failures, or blockchain network issues.

Survival: Provisions relating to disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property will survive termination.

17. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the Website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS ARE IRREVERSIBLE, THAT BURNING TOKENS IS PERMANENT, AND THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DECISIONS AND ACTIONS WHEN USING THE SERVICE.
